Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 8-16 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
• International orders take 2 business days to be delivered to our Courier service and we ship within same 8-16 business days.
• Due to the global epidemic emergency, orders may be delayed for a few days in delivery, so we apologize in advance for the inconvenience

Shipping cost:

• All Orders will have Free shipping Insured & Tracked Shipping.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards with Stripe & PayPal.
• You can also pay with ScalaPay, dividing the amount of the cart into 3 convenient installments.
• Cash on Delivery is not available, but it will soon be introduced in various countries.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@estelleboutiques.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 business days.

After the order has been processed and entrusted to the courier, this will provide us with the tracking code that will be sent to you directly by email. 

This can be tracked via our website in the Service-> Track your Order section

Note: This may not be entered into the system immediately. This is normal, as the monitoring system takes about two days to update

Your satisfaction comes first, so it is possible to modify or cancel an order until it is processed.
But it is recommended, in case, to contact us as soon as possible at support@estelleboutiques.com with the subject "Modify order" in order to freeze the order pending your changes.

In case of errors in the order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@estelleboutiques.com  in order to analyze the matter.

The email must have as subject "Wrong Order #X" where the order number must be placed in place of the x, in order to allow us to immediately analyze the order.

If the missing part of the item is not shipped, we will refund the difference paid or send the missing part, agreeing with the customer.

We usually apologize by offering an additional personalized discount :)

We periodically send special and personalized discounts to our best customers.

In addition, if interested, we offer a personalized discount code for "presenters" to be offered to third parties.
This allows us to link the total sales to the presenter's code, so as to offer even more advantageous discounts as a sign of gratitude!
